What is your returns and refunds policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for digital products, custom and personalized orders, or sale items. For standard items, we will offer a refund if the product is defective and cannot be used at all. Please review our full Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
How do you handle shipping?
We use Pass the Parcel for shipping, and all shipments are tracked. If you would like your delivery to require a signature upon receipt, please indicate this preference at the time of purchase. The shipping costs in New Zealand are as follows:
Within Auckland - $5.86
Within North Island - $7.95
South Island - $8.20
We currently do not delivery to Hauraki Gulf Island (such as Waiheke Island), Steward Island or Chatham Island.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the Pass the Parcel website.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within New Zealand.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the transaction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our standard payment method, which accepts credit and debit cards. If you are located in New Zealand and prefer to make a bank-to-bank transfer, please contact us using the contact form.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If you receive a defective product that cannot be used, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
We offer gift wrapping and the option to exclude the receipt. Please reach out to us after placing your order if you would like your product gift wrapped.
